Also known as Rat Tail Falls, this is the highest waterfall in Tamil Nadu and the 3rd highest in India, plunging 297 meters down the steep cliffs of the Palani Hills. The waterfall gets its name from its thin, tail-like appearance as it cascades down the rugged mountain face.
