1. Booking and Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason.

2. Rental Period

The minimum rental period is 4 hours for local trips. For outstation trips, minimum 24 hours rental applies.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup time
• 50% charge for cancellations within 2 hours of pickup
• No refund for no-shows

4. Driver Responsibilities

Our acting drivers are licensed professionals. Clients must provide clear directions and ensure the vehicle has adequate fuel.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before the start of the journey unless prior credit arrangements have been approved.

6. Liability

Zolocab is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate service if the customer behaves inappropriately or violates traffic rules.
